- Godlands: A geomorphology, Amidst the Godlands exist every god, in some form or other that has ever been worshipped on earth, but they are tied to the locations of their temples. For Example Chac, a Mayan god of rain appears as a storm cloud. Within the Godlands a god has limited power and the numbers of worshipers a god has in our world is proportional to that god’s powers in our realm. God’s are not considered “Immortal” in the Godlands. In addition the realms of heaven and hell are also linked to this geomorphology. For example the Mayan underworld is only found in the vicinity of the Mayan temples. Spirits from our world find their way to the place they belong, As a result of this, certain areas of the Godlands are filled with spirits and others are entirely devoid. Finally, the Godlands are always in the “now” age does not apply within them.
- Celestial passages: The connections that exist between our world and the Godlands. These passages when open allow one to travel to or from the Godlands. Celestial passages may only be opened in our world with the aid of the celestial, furthermore Celestial passages are not required to (and tend not to) connect corresponding locations between our world and the Godlands. Celestial Passages preserve the time of the last crossing. As a result travel through time is possible. This universe will require that everything that happens in the past has indeed already happened. As a result many Paradoxes can not happen.
- Temple Transformation: Temples and tombs in the Godlands are subject to temporal transformation. When a celestial passage opens, the temple housing the passage transforms to the state of its real world corresponding temple. The length of time this transformation takes is directly proportional to the duration of the celestial passage’s opening. For example, the connection to the temple of inscriptions is open for 15 minutes, in that period of time, the passage which has not been opened since ancient times updates the pristine Godlands’ temple to the current status of the temple of inscriptions in our world. In a matter of 15 minutes, skeletons and cobwebs appear, ceilings cave in and collapse, the stones split and the torches disappear. The Temporal state of a Temple is always dependant upon the time of the real world end of the celestial passage.
